At Amado Coffee, we are committed to delivering our gourmet specialty coffee beans to your doorstep with the utmost care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your orders within the United States.

Order Processing

- Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- Order Fulfillment: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following shipping options for US customers:

- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $5.99 or free for orders over $50.
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99.

Delivery Times

- Standard Shipping: Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days after processing.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or holidays. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at info@amadocoffee.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@amadocoffee.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
