Eligibility for Returns

- Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened coffee bags
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods that have been opened

Return Process

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@amadocoffee.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Ship Your Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We will process the new order as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item.
